  • Prices on the Website may differ from in-store prices.
  • We may correct errors or cancel orders with pricing mistakes.

Note: Orders are not binding until we send a confirmation email.

11. Deliveries

  • Delivery is limited to the UAE only.
  • Identity verification may be required at delivery.
  • While we aim to deliver within 48 working hours, delays may occur due to external factors.

12. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be canceled before shipping. If canceled after payment but before shipment, transaction fees are non-refundable.
  • Shipped orders cannot be canceled. The Company reserves the right to determine shipment status.

13. Acceptance of Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. We will notify you upon acceptance. Until confirmed, we may decline to supply any product.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at our discretion. Significant changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service means you accept the revised terms.
