Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available on non-food and food items delivered by Al Faal. 

You will be charged a minimum of 15 AED ONLY for up to 5kg as delivery charge and FREE from COD fee. Plus 2 AED per additional 1 kg above 5 kg.

Upon delivery, the courier will collect the amount due for the order total, including delivery fees.

Payment for COD will only be accepted in the local currency (United Arab Emirates Dirhams), as displayed during checkout. 

Refunds and exchanges for all items purchased with COD are issued in Al Faal office.

Here's how it works:
  1. Order online
Place your order and choose "COD" as your payment method. Write down your order number.
 2. We deliver your order
Your order arrives at your home, you will receive a text and a call when your order is on its way to you.   3. Pay with cash at your door
The courier will collect the amount due for the order total, including delivery fees.
